Yamaha RD250 1974

We are proud to offer our 1974 Yamaha RD250 in the iconic blue & white livery, this is an original unrestored time capsule of a bike and is in great usable condition. Original UK bike with matching numbers, new tyres and the clocks showing a milage of 31734 miles it is not to be missed. In the early 70’s Yamaha’s round tanked RD250 really was the bike to own. Countless chip shop duels, youth club contests and high street high jinks would demonstrate just how good the bike was. The addition of reed valves had allowed Yamaha’s designers to tweak the porting of the old YDS7 for more top end power while retaining bottom end tractability!
